How do I know it's authentic?
Everything in Annís Fabulous Closeouts is guaranteed authentic. Everything. We have an experienced staff with years of experience in designer goodies. We stand behind our merchandise and if any should be found to not be authentic, we will gladly refund your money.
What does it mean if an item is on hold?
In general, items on hold are waiting for payment by check to clear. Occasionally, items may come off hold and may be available for sale once again. Please contact us if you are interested in one of these items.
What are my payment options?
What do the Stars Mean?
We rate using a five star system. A brand new, never been worn item is rated as five stars. Four and a half stars means excellent condition. Four stars means very good condition. Three and a half stars is good. Three stars is previously loved. Less than three stars means the item is in poor condition. The written descriptions will explain what kind of wear and where it is.
What are the fees for AFC?
It doesnít cost a thing to list with us. We use a sliding scale that benefits you if your items sell. As the value of your item goes up, our percentage goes down. For more information, please see the consignment agreement or email us for some examples.
How do you ship and what does it cost?
We ship USPS with insurance, which requires a signature. Within the US, shipping is free on items costing more than $250 and for items costing $250 or less, shipping is $15.00. We ship within 48 hours after receiving payment, except for holidays, weekends, or dates noted on the website. All items will be shipped only to the verified credit card address. We ship to many countries for a cost of $40.00. Email us to inquire if we ship to your country.
What if I need to return something?
Ann's Fabulous Closeouts takes great care in accurately describing our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase the item can be returned for a refund, minus any shipping charges incurred by AFC and a $25.00 restocking fee. The item must be returned within 7 days and be in the exact condition it was in when it left our shop. Please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving your item to notify us of your intent.
