All items on the Ann’s Fabulous Closeouts website are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell reproductions. Our experts take the time to thoroughly inspect each item for authenticity and only authentic items will be found at Ann’s Fabulous Closeouts. If you have any questions regarding an item, please e-mail us prior to purchase.
Layaway
Layaway
The way layaway works is that you check out and select our layaway option when asked to pay. We will then contact you to ask you how you would like to proceed. We have 30 and 60 day layaways. Both require a 30% deposit. For the 30 day layaway, the balance is due by day 30. For the 60 day layaway, you pay another 30% by day 30 and the balance by day 60. Any layaway may be completed early by paying in full. We will then ship it immediately. We accept credit cards via PayPal, Google invoice, and over the phone at 248-251-0025. The layaway period begins on the date that an item is placed on hold. Out of fairness to both our customers and consignors, we only keep items on hold for 24 hours without a deposit. Layaway returns are treated as a return (not as a cancellation, see return policy for details). Also note that credits resulting from a canceled layaway may not be used as a layaway deposit. For each layaway, a new deposit is required. Please note that we may change layaway terms on specific items or for special offers. We reserve the right to deny layaway to anyone or everyone.
Layaway Extension
After a layaway has begun, occasionally things happen and we are asked to extend a layaway. If we agree to the change in this ongoing layaway, there will be a 10% charge computed on the total price of the item, minus shipping or taxes. This charge will be added onto the total price of the item and non-refundable.
Layaway Cancellation
If a layaway is cancelled, we will retain all funds paid towards it, minus 10% of the total cost of the item, as a store credit. The 10% will be non-refundable and will not become a store credit. Store credits resulting from a cancelled layaway may not be used as a layaway deposit. For each layaway, a new deposit is required.
Layaway Returns
Items placed on layaway can only be returned for a store credit minus shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

For international orders, we can accept bank wire, PayPal, and Google Checkout. PayPal and Google are safe and secure ways to use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Ann's Fabulous Closeouts will direct you to PayPal's website when processing your payment. There is no fee to use PayPal. If you would prefer a Google invoice, let us know and we will send you one.
Pay by Phone
We can accept credit card payments over the phone. Call us at 248.251.0025. Please do not e-mail your credit card information to us (or anyone).
PayPal, Google, and Checks
Ann's Fabulous Closeouts also accepts PayPal, Google Checkout, and checks. PayPal is a safe and secure way to pay with your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, or American Express. Ann's Fabulous Closeouts will direct you to PayPal's website when processing your payment. There is no fee to use PayPal. If you would prefer a Google invoice, let us know and we will send you one. Google is also a secure and safe way to pay with your credit card. Checks must be received within 7 days of purchase. The item will not ship until your check has cleared the bank. This takes approximately 10 days. The item will be on hold until this occurs. Sales tax of 6% will be added to all items shipped in Michigan. Ann's Fabulous Closeouts makes every effort to show the merchandise as accurately as possible. Any imperfections in an item will be depicted or described. We do our best to photograph and describe the merchandise, however, color variations can occur due to differences in reproductions and monitor representations. Ann's Fabulous Finds will not sell or release any information gathered by the site. All credit card transactions are processed through Paypal or Google, which do not give us access to credit card information. We do not keep credit card information.
Shipping
Shipping
All merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving payment. Exceptions are holidays, weekends, and dates noted on the website. All items will be fully insured when shipped. Purchases will only be shipped to the verified credit card billing address. Shipping in the U.S. is free on orders more than $250.00 and $15.00 on orders under $250.00. We ship USPS with insurance, which requires a signature.
International Shipping
We are now shipping internationally to many countries with a shipping charge of $40.00. Items made of exotic skins, i.e. python, elephant, lizard, etc, will only be shipped within the United States. Please email us for information about your country.
Returns
Return Policy
Ann's Fabulous Closeouts takes great care in accurately describing our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase the item can be returned for a refund, minus all shipping charges incurred by AFC. The item must be returned within 7 days and be in the exact condition it was in when it left our shop. Please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving your item to notify us of your intent.

Customs Fees
International orders may (and most probably will) attract customs fees and import duties payable to the country where it was delivered. Any additional charges incurred are to be paid directly by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate these costs for you as they vary greatly from country to country. We do not undervalue our products on customs forms, but state them as used goods at the amount you paid.
